At Redline Ritual Co., every item is made to order. Because of that, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color choice, or change of mind.

Made-to-Order Production:


All of our apparel is produced specifically for your order. This allows us to focus on quality and reduce waste, but it also means:
- No returns for incorrect size selected by the customer.
- No exchanges for change of mind.
- No returns based on color or style preference after purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:


If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address:


Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, additional charges will apply to resend the package.
